Shipping

Shipping methods and cost

We ship to customers worldwide. International orders under $24,000 in value are shipped via DHL. International orders between $24,000-$50,000 in value are shipped via FedEx. Orders above $50,000 in value are shipped via XXX. Specific rates will be calculated during the checkout, depending on your country of destination.


All orders are insured and registered for their full value. On the day of the shipping you'll receive an e-mail that includes order tracking information.


Shipping time

Shipping time may differ for each diamond. Our stones are available for shipping within 72h, 7 days or 14 days.


Package
Your diamonds will be sent in individual metal boxes or certicards. The package will include a diamond certificate from GIA, IGI or HRD and the receipt.

Returns

We offer a a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. A refund will be given in the same method by which it was received, meaning towards the same account or credit card. For full return policy please visit our Terms & Conditions.


Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us. If the diamond was shipped in a certicard, the certicard must be unopened.

Payment methods and financing

We use Stripe as our main payments solution. Stripe is a leading online payments provider, ensuring safe and comfortable online checkout process. Stripe supports 135+ currencies, all major credit and debit cards, as well as a number of local payment methods such as Giropay, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, Bancontact and many more.

We also offer financing via Splitit. Splitit lets you use your existing credit to turn your payment into smaller installments over time — with no interest, application, or fees.

Diamond reservation

If you are interested in placing a diamond on reserve, you are required to put a 10% (+ taxes) deposit. When the diamond is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification from us via e-mail or phone. After that, the remaining part of the payment must be fulfilled within 72 hours.  If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and keep the initial deposit, as a measure against misuse and reservation spamming.

Buy-back guarantee

We're proud to offer a unique buy-back guarantee for our diamonds up to 100% of the price you paid. Please note that this feature is optional and you may choose it during the checkout. Additional cost of 2% of the diamond's value will be added.  We offer two different variants of the buy-back guarantee:


70/80/90% of your order - 3 years buy-back window
By choosing this variant, you will be able to sell your diamond back to us after a year, two years or three years from the purchase date. The buy-back value depends on the time that passed after the order.

  • 70% - between one and two years from the purchase date
  • 80% - between two and three years from the purchase date
  • 90% - between three and four years from the purchase date

For example, if you order a diamond on 15 July 2021, you will be able to sell it back to us for 70% of your order between 15.07.2022 - 14.07.2023, 80% of your order between 15.07.2023 - 14.07.2024 and 90% between 15.07.2024 - 14.07.2025.  After four years from the purchase date your diamond will no longer be eligible for the buy-back.


100% of your order - 1 year buy-back window
By choosing this variant, you will be able to sell your diamonds back to us for 100% of your original order during a one year window, which starts three years after your purchase date. For example, if you order a diamond on 15 July 2021, you will be eligible for the 100% buy-back option between 15.07.2024 - 14.07.2025.


Attention: the buy-back guarantee is only available for coloured diamonds. Colourless diamonds and diamond collections are not eligible for this feature.

Duty and taxes

The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. Depending on your location, the right taxes and duties will be calculated and added during the checkout.
